Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped.
MER SOEUR SWIM will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
MER SOEUR SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

Sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping in Florida.
We want you to love your swimsuit. But if for some reason you are not satisfied we will happily accept any FULL PRICE, clean, unworn, unused, unsoiled, unwashed swimsuit with original tags and hygiene liners attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
To start a return please e-mail us at email@example.com with your name/order number/and reason for return. Once we reply, you may ship your order to our return mailing address with the return packing slip filled out and included in the package.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE TRYING ON SWIMWEAR WITH UNDERGARMENTS ON.
Merchandise must be in original condition and must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Merchandise mailed back in any other condition other than how it was received will not qualify for an exchange/return. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return if the garment looks worn or used. Please try on bottoms over your undergarments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges that do not meet these requirements. Please note that returns/exchanges are sent at the buyers cost. We do recommend obtaining tracking on your return/exchange. No responsibility will be taken for lost packages where tracking has not been selected. Returns will be processed within 3 business days.
