Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimsuit. But if for some reason you are not satisfied we will happily accept any FULL PRICE, clean, unworn, unused, unsoiled, unwashed swimsuit with original tags and hygiene liners attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

To start a return or exchange please send us an email with the subject as your order number and if you'd like to return or exchange (ex. Order #0123 RETURN) and in the text of the email your reason for return or the exchange details to contact@mersoeurswim.com

Once received we will reply with a free of charge return shipping label for you to print and attach to your return package. Once the package is recieved we will inspect the item(s) and process the return once the item(s) are approved.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE TRYING ON SWIMWEAR WITH UNDERGARMENTS ON.

Merchandise must be in original condition and must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Merchandise mailed back in any other condition other than how it was received will not qualify for an exchange/return. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return if the garment looks worn or used. Please try on bottoms over your undergarments.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges that do not meet these requirements. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped.

MER SOEUR will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

MER SOEUR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.
